We are seeking an experienced Licensed Condominium Manager with a minimum of three years of residential condominium management experience, including shared-facilities administration and management.

The successful candidate will possess

  • A valid General Condominium Manager Licence
  • At least three years of residential condominium management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of the Condominium Act and related regulations
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
