JTB Management Group Inc. was founded in 2007 by John Battistella, RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) a successful condominium manager with an extensive experience in management of various buildings and sites, completed and under development.

Prior to being a principal of JTB Management Group Inc., John Battistella has attained over 10 years of experience in property management and has been involved and continues to be involved in major projects such as restorations of the buildings; including plumbing, landscaping, general labour and other types of projects that are dealt with on a day-to-day basis in a property management field. He successfully resolves Union and Labour disputes and actively participates in reconciliation process with Tarion for newly registered condominiums.

In other words, John Battistella has an extensive experience in managing various condominiums and their complicated affairs. He holds an excellent record and long-term relationships with his customers and ensures that each member of the JTB Management Group Inc. is committed to maintain high standard of management services. John Battistella is an active and in good standing member of ACMO (Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario) and CCI (Canadian Condominium Institute). John Battistella continues to thrive to combine his technical background and knowledge of the subject and apply into JTB Management Group Inc. He personally oversees all management and administration of the corporation.

JTB Management Group works in close collaboration with certified professionals, such as Chartered Accountants, Engineers, Lawyers, and Trades in order to provide the best quality service in all aspects of property management.
